I will have the opportunity to attend the 2009 TCEA, Texas Computer Education Association. Even though I will be out of the class room February 2-9, the benefits will be worth it. If possible, I will blog about interesting topics and workshops I attend.I also have the opportunity to co-present with the very talented Whitney Kilgore. This will be my first presentation to professionals and hope I do not slow down Whitney to much.
That is the plan and hope my district does not run out of funds by February and cannot send me to Austin. I will keep you up to date.

Our session is titled "Cross Cultural Collaboration" - We will present digital storytelling projects that are created in both spanish and english!
